It is within walking distance to Juarez, Mexico and a short drive to Las Cruces, New Mexico, White Sands Missile Range and Sandia National Laboratory. The metropolitan area El Paso/Juarez has a population of over 2 million people. El Paso and Juarez are heavily depended on each other for trades and manufacturings. Twin Plants and The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) are the driving forces behind these two cities.

ELP Networks was established in 1995 to offer the El Paso/Juarez metropolitan area full access and utilization of the Internet. Our staff can arrange complete Internet services at very reasonably cost. "We offer personal face-to-face services to our clients in West Texas, Southern New Mexico and Northern Mexico." Additionally, we offer our services to clients worldwide who want to establish a presence on the Internet.


ELP Networks' staff consists of degreed electrical engineers and computer programmers from various prestigious universities as well as personel experienced in wholesale and retail marketing. We also have at our disposal a group of freelance consultants with work experiences at such companies as Intel, and Microsoft.
