HOFFMAN INTERNET (HI) is a service provided by David Hoffman dba Hoffman Internet Services, a virtual internationally based network, with peering connectivity in Washington, DC, California, Delaware & the gateway to Europe-London, UK. IN THE BEGINNING.... What started as a handful of servers on a metal rack in a small crowded bedroom in 1997, has grown into a full grown service company today. We literally used to 'sleep with the servers' and that became the foundation of our success. Since we were so close to our servers, we could hear the 'heartbeat' of each machine & respond faster than other companies. The philosophy of being intimately involved with our servers from 'day one' has led to the building of a reputation for networks that 'do not crash'. We enjoy a 99.9% uptime which is a rarity in today's big name, impersonal world of data & internet services. Even though we've grown tremendously, we're still a bunch of nerds who sit around deploying servers & software. We love the opportunity to solve problems. We love to help people. Our company aims at providing a large number of mission critical professional services in the following fields of activity: electronic data interchange, custom software development & hosting, web hosting, domain registration, wireless ISP (private VPN's), Cloud Computing Networks and quality customer support. In 2008, we expanded our electronic commerce auctions, and e-tailing to allow for Export-Import of U.S. products to other countries. Our focus on helping US companies export with efficient and 'error free' electronic commerce portals designed and tested by us has led to build our client base to over 4,500 customers! Our very first 'niche' auction that we launched in 2008 supporting 'Sports Tourism' has grown beyond our initial goals. Our platform to market and promote American entertainment activities has helped some of our customers experience outstanding success in promoting people from other countries to visit the United States. Several of our merchants are doing well in marketing events online & selling premium event tickets to visiting tourists. No other country in the world has the depth, and worldwide recognition as our brand of sports and entertainment. It is a product of national pride and enthusiasm that we support and promote since we entered the segment in 2008. We provide contract technical support for other network providers, businesses (small and large) as well as government agencies via our Service Level Agreements which can be on a temporary staffing basis, on an emergency one-time incident response basis, or via several long term contract mechanisms that are in place.

OUR MISSION
It may sound unbelievable but the majority of the big companies in the web hosting business usually do not invest much in the development of new technologies. Instead they rely on 3rd party solutions and software. Unlike theirs, our hosting software was created, developed and designed in-house by us. we 'LISTEN' to our clients and we develop our services to meet 'THEIR' needs. We are totally dediczated to 'webifying' your business. One of our clients recently signed up with us, and we launched their site within 72 hours. Two weeks later, they are doing over $5,000 a week! This is just a small example of the enormous potential of doing business on the web. Another of our clients wanted to improve customer service by placing their customer service records and status information online.
